This is a new listing (February 2015) of our renovated cottage downtown Beaufort. Since this listing is new, we dont have any reviews yet to provide to you from our guests. This cottage was completely renovated in 2014 / 2015 and is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. It is also only a short drive to Paris Island Marine Corps Station.
The cottage features a queen size bed and one full size bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The cottage also has a front porch with a wicker bench plus a little table and a back patio with patio furniture for relaxing in the evening.
We provide all linens and towels to our guests.
Internet / WIFI access is also available.
We also provide our guests with a passport to the Hunting Island State Park and Beach.
Since there is no land line phone in the cottage, a cell phone is a must for emergencies or to contact us during your stay for any problems or questions.
Parking is available in front of the cottage.
We take pride in our cottage, so we have arranged a cleaning service to clean after your stay. They will also wash and dry linens and towels and replace them for the next guests. The $60 fee is an addition to the rental fee.
