Step outside the front door and you'll find yourself on the famous Promenade with beach access just beyond. This four bedroom, three bath home can comfortably fit your party of twelve, along with two of your favorite pups! Other features include a huge living room with four different seating areas - watch a movie from one of two couches facing a 53" flat panel TV, or cozy up on a loveseat in front of a roaring fire. You can also curl up in a swivel rocker and read a book, but don't forget to check out the awesome view from the window while you turn the pages! The fourth seating area also faces the ocean with seating for two, great for watching the sunset with a glass of wine and some quiet conversation. You'll find plenty of seating for everyone in your party, in both the kitchen and the dining room. Whip up a homemade meal in the kitchen with your loved ones, or sit down together and enjoy some takeout from one of the many restaurants in town. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in blues and an overall beach theme, making you feel right at home. With beach access this close, you'll love waking up to the crashing of waves and the smell of the breeze wafting off of the Pacific. Don't feel like staying home?
