Beautifully renovated Marina Townhouse, with a modern flair. This spacious end unit is located directly across from the Great Harbour Cay Marina, (one of the Bahamas best hurricane protected basins!)
On the lower level is your very own dock slip. Pull your boat right up underneath the unit! There is an optional second slip available at an additional cost as per availability ($2.50 per foot). Water spigot, fish table and hose are conveniently located there on the dock.
The main level of the townhouse features an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a large patio overlooking the marina. On the second level are two ensuite bedrooms,- Master bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed. Guest bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has a patio with panoramic marina views.
* A few things to note: These units are not for families with small children due to the waterfront location. Also not recommended for guests with impaired mobility as there are steps to get down to the dock, or upstairs to the bedrooms.
Across the marina is a small cafe and bar, serving yummy meals. Interested in a fishing guide or charter to go island hopping? Also golf carts and car rentals are available for rent on the island. Please inquire in advance.
