This 150 Year old coastguard cottage enjoys lovely sea, headland and harbour views. Situated right on the SW Coast Path, Little Gwyn is only a 3 minute walk away from two gorgeous beaches (Little Perhaver and Gorran Haven beach). Further beaches (including Vault beach, from the film “About Time”) are within easy walking distance along the SW Coast path.
Accommodation is laid out over two floors, with gardens to the front and rear. The Cottage boasts a south facing front terrace and a lovely terrace and garden to the rear; perfect for drying wetsuits after a day on the beach. With three bedrooms; a double, twin and single, Little Gwyn sleeps up to 5 adults plus room for a travel cot so is the ideal holiday cottage for families or couples.
A cosy, wood-beamed sitting room opens on to the front terrace, with stunning sea and headland views. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with all utensils and has a small utility area with washing machine and tumble drier. Mevagissey, a thriving harbour town, is only a few miles drive away, or a wonderfully scenic walk if you fancy, as are The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The world famous Eden Project is only 10 miles away and if you love surfing then the waves of Newquay can be reached in 45 minutes.
Pet friendly. Vault beach (and others nearby) welcomes dogs at all times of the year; the local beach requires a lead during the summer months. Front and rear gardens are both private, with front garden enclosed on all sides.
