-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of between $200-$500 will be assessed to you, IF excessive pet hair or pet damage is found.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
Our pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable 85°F (29°C) from November through April at no additional cost to guests. Please note that the pool heater operates most efficiently when the outdoor temperature remains above 49°F. During especially cold days or nights, if the temperature dips below this threshold, the pool may not reach or maintain the full 85°F temperature despite the heater being on.
