✦ You will have private access to the entire chalet and the land. The 1st floor contains 2 closed bedrooms, the first with two bunk beds, the other with a double bed, a bathroom with a "Rain Shower", as well as a large open and illuminated room with the kitchen, the large dining table and the main living room with "L" sofa with its warm stone wall with a wood fireplace that gives a warm atmosphere.
✦ Upstairs, you will have access to a cozy living room with an electric fireplace. Several board games and a PlayStation are at your disposal to spend hours of fun with family or friends.
A second bathroom with a large bath to offer you a moment of relaxation. Finally, the third bedroom is there with a Queen bed and a small office space.
✦ On the outside balcony, we find the spa which overlooks the beautiful Lac Noir. There is also a space provided to make beautiful outdoor fires.
✦ In summer, you have access to an outdoor gazebo to enjoy the beautiful temperature without the inconvenience of mosquitoes.
✦ You will have exclusive access to the entire property including the chalet, the furnished terrace, the spa, and the gazebo. You have access to the right side of the beach, but not to the dock, since it does not belong to me.
✦ Please note that the gazebo furniture and boats are now put away for the winter.

Pets are not allowed in at the cottage.
*TV*
There are 2 TVs in the cottage, one in the living room with a Firestick and one upstairs with a Chromecast. On both TVs, there are no cable channels, but you will be able to connect to your account on your favorite apps like Netflix directly on the TV. You will also have a HDMI cable and a PlayStation available.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. I will provide you with 7-8 logs during your stay. If you want more, you will be able to buy some from me during your stay.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
*NOISE*
A Noise Aware noise detector is installed to warn us when the noise exceeds a certain decibel limit. We really want to only welcome calm guests because the owners of our area value the tranquility of the neighborhood. Your cooperation allows us to maintain a harmonious relationship with the community.
*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long. You just need to bring your own towels for the hot tub.
