Enjoy the cool setting of Kamuela. Located in the famed hub of Parker Ranch the beloved central point of verdant cattle country rich in Island history. Located on one of the hillsides above Kamuela town, this Cozy Chateau style cottage sits near the top of the hill featuring unique architectural design with a cozy deck which facilitates indoor/outdoor living. Stargazing is Prime on a clear night. Ocean views are enjoyed from the lanai. The Big Island's best beaches and resorts are only about a 15 minute drive from the property.
Please be advised that some of the older reviews on this site were based on the main house of the property which was operated as a VRBO vacation rental from 2015 - 2020. The current Captain's Quarters rental is the studio/cottage on the property as shown in photos. We invite you to stay at our lovely cottage which we trust you will thoroughly enjoy. Please provide some brief information about yourself and your stay when making the reservation request. I like to have a bit of information about our guests before accepting reservation requests.
