The kitchen is completely modernized with all the conveniences to make you twice the cook in half the time - should you choose to cook while on vacation! Great restaurants are nearby for the nights you do not feel like cooking. There is a split bedroom plan with two bedrooms and bath on one side of the home and the owner's suite with its own private bath on the other. The oversized screened balcony with all new outdoor furniture provides a great place to relax any time of day or night. The balcony overlooks the dock and the deep and wide canal.
