Villa Solaire is located near the Secret Harbour beach on the Eastern End of St. Thomas, a three minute drive from Red Hook – the home of many restaurants, shops and the gateway to St. John and the BVIs. Villa Solaire sits on the edge of the water at Beverhout Point overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It has breathtaking 200-degree unobstructed views of the sea, incredible sunsets, and on many days St. Croix is clearly visible - some 32 miles to the South.
Completely rebuilt as an eco friendly luxury property, the Villa has 2,500 sf of interior and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - all private and ensuite - plus one-half bath. It has a spectacular 12 x 50 foot long lap pool and is newly furnished and with ultra-modern energy efficient appliances, furniture, and décor.
For decades we have been ahead of the curve as innovators and believe in the importance of a low carbon, green energy, and sustainable future for the planet. The villa is equipped with ultra high-tech bifacial* solar panels built integrated with the roofs over its decks, entrance and infinity pool gazebo. The villa is also equipped with state-of-the-art back-up battery power using Tesla Power Walls that stores excess energy from our solar system. Resiliency against the changing climate is also key. We built the Villa to better withstand the most severe hurricanes and also have a large generator as another back-up for emergency power as well. Combined with our rainwater collection system, the Villa is essentially "off the grid" in style!
