Our single level home is located just minutes from the shores of Mooloolaba & Point Cartwright, this modern Minyama home offers the ultimate base to explore the glorious Sunshine Coast. Soak up the sunshine in the tropical indoor/outdoor living area featuring a sheltered patio with dining and BBQ, that is perfect for lounging around while the kids splash about in our sparkling pool.
The Space:
This coastal contemporary family home is beautifully furnished and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living/dining room and stunning pool and outdoor space with pergola and dining for 8, a BBQ and sun lounges by the pool.
As you enter the home, you will find the air-conditioned living and dining area, which opens out to the pergola and outdoor pool area which floods the inside with natural light. The living area is furnished with plush contemporary leather sofas with room for 8 people to sit down and enjoy the large flat screen smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Disney, Stan and Kayo. The kitchen faces the dining setting with seating for eight, and also features a breakfast bar perfect for enjoying your slow holiday-mode mornings. The hallway leads to the fully equipped laundry room and then onto the bedrooms.
The master bedroom is situated at the end of the hallway which features a comfortable king size bed, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and doors that look out over the sparkly pool.
Designed with families in mind, the second bedroom consists of a queen size bed across from the family bathroom with a shower and bath. The final room has two single beds, and a pull-out trundle only suitable for kids.
The outside area of the home you will find a fun, modern family pool, barbecue and an outdoor setting that can accommodate up to eight guests. There are 2 outdoor seats with a coffee table under the outdoor patio shade to kick back and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the kids play in the pool. Positioned by the pool are two sun lounges to soak up the sunshine or seek shade by the beach umbrella.

Guests will have access to the entire home (excluding garage), 2-3 cars can park comfortably on the driveway and plenty of street parking available.
