This gorgeous and quaint 1bd apartment is the top unit of a two unit building with stairs-only access. The apartment is fully furnished and can sleep two (1 double/full bed). 1 Pet can be accommodated with a pet fee and early check-in or late check-out can also be arranged if available at a small fee. The outdoor area is shared with the downstairs unit as well as the laundry, which is found on the main floor. There is parking on-site on the gravel and enough for 1 car or 2 in parallel/in-tandem.
In the shared outdoor space there is seating/lounging and a grill to enjoy. You're only a couple blocks away from Main Street where you can take a free shuttle to and from St Pete downtown and St Pete Beach. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes all day long and is a great way to get around on-foot!
