This home is first professionally cleaned and then totally disinfected (by an ex military drill seargent).Even the hot tub is emptied, scrubbed, disinfected and left empty for 2 days before refilling. Between moves or a tourist in town, you will not find a more relaxing stay.
This home comes with 2 br 1 ba, 3 flat screen TVs & 4th at the hot tub, Shaw 500 cable, movies & news chanels, Shaw internet with amplifiers, Blue Tooth spkrs for your own recorded music, 5.1 surround sound, 40 channels of music, DVD/CD and a commercial sized laundry off kitchen. All stainless steel gas appliances under 2 south facing kitchen skylights. High chair, playpen and baby monitor. It has its own Heat Pump & air conditioning. Monitored 24/7 by ADT. Separate shower .....for two, and jacuzzi tub ....for two ...of course. Enjoy your breakfasts in a shaded and private Mediterranean style enclosed grape arbor with your own bar b cue or soak up some sun in a separate fern trimmed and secluded private garden with an intimately enclosed hot tub and sun tanning area, private sauna and double shaded sleeping swings (all for two of course) that convert to beds where you can spend your nights under the stars. There is also an electric dart board and a second bar b cue, shaded umbrellas, many private chatting areas and when you are here, there are no other guests. If you get too loud, better invite me! Very private with locked front & rear yards surrounded by 15 ft hedges and 8-9 ft solid cedar fencing, centred in a light warehouse area one block long and one long block off Douglas St. (Main street) and…In the middle of the city and used exclusively by me and my little 4 legged friend to chase golf balls after 5 pm. It’s a 5 minute drive to inner harbour, or maximum 15 minute walks to everything else. Restaurants , newest Uptown Mall (Walmart), (10 min walk), Mayfair mall with 30 fast food stops (5 min), Tillicum Mall with 6 cinemas (15 min) , Legion (10 min) & local pub (Red Lion Inn and Dining (10 min), A & W, KFC, McDonalds, Denny’s, Starbucks, mom & pop cafe (all within 10 min walk) plus half a dozen smaller malls and every professional service within a 15 minute walk. Enjoy walking ? It’s a 5 minute walk to the famous “Galloping Goose Trail” where you can take a 15 minute wandering wooded stroll to a scenic waterfront pub style restaurant and watch the local ladies practice their war canoe races from an outside waterfront table or you can walk from Sooke to Sidney or call me when you have seen enough and I will come and pick you up.
