It is an ideal family or small group holiday rental. Build on 4000 sq. meters of land and on the top floor of a nice building, this penthouse apartment has a view to the sea and to the green mountain of Kos island.
Located 23 km. from the airport ,3 km from the zipari village and 2 km from the sea.
The interior of the apartment is of modern design with large windows and a nice view to the sea ,of Pserimos island and Turkey's coast .
