Nested in a transitional neighborhood, so close to the city center it’s just a 5 min drive to tons of amazing restaurants, The Durham Bulls stadium , Durham Performing Arts Center and so much more! Duke is only 15 min away and UNC chapel hill is 20 minutes away! We are pet friendly so bring your fur babies! And there is a fenced in back yard for the privacy for pets and kids:) there us also a firepit to be shared by both houses!!
