A cottage like apartment with its own garden and private entrance, located in a shaded road, Poinsettia Avenue, a quiet cul de sac, a very nice neighborhood, Sunset Crest, located in the popular West coast area, also called now, the " platinum coast", with mature trees and flowering gardens. A verandah surronded by long, white curtains, with a dining table and relaxing garden chairs on it. The 1 Bedroom of 288sq feet, with 2 breezy windows protected with mosquito screens, with ceiling fan and AC, cable tv, wifi, a king size bed 60x80, ( a couple ) safety deposit box. 1 bathroom with a window, shower, liquid hand soad provided. The apartment is provided with bd lines, bath, hand and beach towels. The kitchen share space with the living area, all decorated in nautical colors, white, blues, greens, navy blue. The kitchen provided with all necessary utensils and appliances for self catering. The washing machine is located outside. The cottage like apartment has a well maintained garden with mature trees, lawn and flowers, its lounge chairs for relaxation and its shower nearby for conveniente. The guest receive upon arrival a memership card for entrance to our Sunset Crest Beach Club, which is just 2 blocks away. The Club has a great swiming pool, lounge chairs, (free of charge, )canopies, restaurant and entrance to the Beach. The residential area of Sunset Crest has all kinds of restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket near by and the beach is just 2 blocks away. Also bus stops ( fare is us$ 1) to take north or south and taxi stand are also nearby. Banks, police station, post office, public library and a great mall are just few minutes walk away.
