The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need, including a fridge, stove, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave oven.

Car Usage (Terms)
For your convenience, we offer complimentary car usage for stays of 5 days or more. A car deposit of USD 350 is required (separate from any other deposits), and it will be refunded after the car is returned in good condition. Safety and Cleanliness
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We take extra care to clean and sanitize all frequently touched surfaces between reservations, so you can relax knowing that you’re in a safe and clean environment.
Housekeeping
A cleaning fee of $60 per clean is charged, and an obligatory clean is required once per week, including a change of bed linens and bath & beach towels. Airbnb covers the cost of one housekeeping service for stays of one week or longer. If you're staying longer than a week, additional housekeeping services can be arranged, and payment for those services is due at check-in.
Other Important Details
• A 10% accommodation levy is required by the Barbados government, and this will be added to your accommodation charges (payable in cash at check-in).
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment to prevent rain from entering.
• For safety reasons, no open flames, candles, or incense are allowed on the property.
