Welcome to Highlander Retreat! Our cabin is perfect for a family, couples or a group of friends looking to enjoy a mountain getaway. The retreat is a spacious chalet style mountain home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, all on one level. Come enjoy this private home with vaulted wood ceilings, a gas fireplace in an open living room, perfect for gathering or reading your book by the fire. It is located in Seven Devils; close to Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Sugar and Beech ski resorts.
The space -
The Highlander Retreat sits at 4,000 feet, offering a private and spacious getaway, with a large deck to take in the majestic mountain views.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all centered around a large, new gas fireplace. The living room features a new sectional couch, a desk area for those looking to work while on their getaway (fast WiFi), and a 60" tv. The dining room has a large kitchen table, accommodating 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The deck is quite large, with an outdoor dining table, sitting area, and a grill. This space is perfect for eating outside, grilling out or just relaxing and taking in the mountain views.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a sitting area, an entrance directly to the deck, and an attached master bathroom.
Off the living room, the second bedroom has two new queen beds with a wide window to showcase the surrounding mountain views. This bedroom has a large attached closet which connects to a bathroom.
The third bedroom features a new double bunk bed, along with a tv and a 9 foot shuffleboard table for lots of family fun!
The second and third bedrooms have a shared adjoining bathroom, and there is a third full bathroom with laundry facilities.
Guest access -
There is an electronic keypad for access. Guests will have access to the entire house and property.

Other things to note -
While our driveway is flat, the town of Seven Devils is located at 4,000 feet. We recommend 4WD/AWD in the winter in case of snow. We cannot predict or control the weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking and consider travel insurance if necessary!
