Sheltered from the weather enjoy the swim-spa by day or night with the neon city lights below then relax inside with the full home theatre experience on the big screen. n nThis two-level property with 3 beds 1 bathroom and all the living on the upper level offers a wonderful private lifestyle without the long commute to all that Auckland has to offer with buses 300m away at the end of Market Rd and only a 15-minute walk to Remuera Village this home is close to everything. There is an additional fully self-contained studio on the ground floor with lockable internal access that may be rented with this property for extra space. Please enquire as to the availability of the studio during your stay dates and we can also block the studio from being booked at a nominal fee if you want the area completely to yourself an extra Queen bed bathroom and kitchen. This home is equiped with multiple heat pumps and a heat transfer system to keep you warm/cool throughout the year. There is a double carport for two cars one addition carpark in front of the house and loads of free street parking on the road so plenty of space for everyone to park. On the upper floor there are 3 generous size bedrooms a large full bathroom plus a separate toilet with basin open plan lounge dining and kitchen. A full laundry. At the rear of the house there are large glass folding doors that provide excellent indoor outdoor flow through to the tiger turf covered courtyard great for entertaining with family friends and kids. High up behind this house is a private cottage separate to this property it is far enough away that you will not know that anyone is even there. This cottage can also be rented too if you need more space (subject to availability). If you do not choose to rent the cottage please respect this area as it may be rented to other guests. The location is amazing and so close to the Auckland International Airport (AKL) which is only around 14km away. This property is located only 4.55 km away from Auckland Ferry Terminal. There are plenty of tourist attractions nearby such as Auckland Domain within 2.6 km and Mt. Eden within 2 km. It is just a 15 mins drive to Sky Tower and the bustling city centre and ferries to the Hauraki Gulf Islands including Waiheke Island only 35 minutes on the ferry.
