With over 1000 sq ft more space than other units, entertain in style with a gourmet kitchen complete with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a separate drink ice maker.
The master and guest closets are fitted with custom built-ins, while ten-foot ceilings adorned with custom woodworkings. Downstairs, find a separate family room equipped with its own TV and entertainment area, alongside a utility room with a full washer/dryer.
Retreat to the master suite featuring a king bed and a serene sitting area with a private porch overlooking the beach. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in the guest room, furnished with a queen bed and a full bath. Additionally, two downstairs bedrooms each offer a queen and twin bed, sharing a full bathroom.
Outside, a sprawling 80x10 ft. covered porch wraps around the house, offering panoramic views of the Sea of Abaco, our pristine white sandy beach, and two pools plus a hot tub just steps away.
Our home is located directly across from the golf course and is a five minute golf cart ride from town.
