Positive: Outstanding hospitality: every staff member was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived until checkout. A special mention must go to Bini in the restaurant, who went truly above and beyond to look after us. Beautiful property & grounds: the hotel exterior resembles a charming Spanish hacienda upon arrival, surrounded by lovely, clean communal spaces and gardens. Spacious, well-equipped room: our room was remarkably generous in size and spotless, complete with a fridge, safe and TV. The large bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub and bidet. Fantastic spa facilities: the wellness area was a highlight, featuring a large swimming pool, steam room, traditional Finnish sauna and an expansive hot tub. Dining & bar: the restaurant and bar atmosphere was great and the food was consistently delicious. Noticeable improvements: It is clear the new ownership has made substantial, positive upgrades across the resort over recent months. Convenient location & parking: ample parking on-site and ideally situated for day trips both Padstow Harbour and the Eden Project are only about a 30-minute drive away.

Negative: EV chargers temporarily out of service: While it is great that electric vehicle charging points are available on-site, they unfortunately weren't working during our stay. Minor room for improvement: Not really a major drawback, but just honest feedback: a slightly broader selection of complimentary breakfast items and a few ongoing finishing touches would elevate the guest experience even further.

Summary: A wonderful stay - absolutely delighted by the exceptional service and fantastic hospitality!
