Summary: My stay at Hotel TwentySeven was overall enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are elegant, and the overall atmosphere reflects the luxury positioning of the property. However, my departure experience unfortunately left me disappointed. On the day of my check-out, I explained that my flight was scheduled for the evening and kindly asked whether a late check-out could be arranged. I mentioned that even extending my stay until 3:00 pm or, ideally, 4:00 pm would have been extremely helpful. I was informed that the hotel could only extend my check-out by 30 minutes beyond the standard 12:00 pm check-out time. I fully understand that occupancy can sometimes make late check-outs difficult. However, what surprised me most was the alternative that was offered. I was told that while it was impossible to keep my current room beyond 12:30 pm, I could move to a lower-category room and pay an additional fee to stay there until my departure. Luxury is not defined only by beautiful rooms or impressive design, but by the way guests are treated. Unfortunately, this part of my experience did not meet the standard I expected from a hotel of this reputation. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as I believe there is an opportunity to further improve the guest experience. Overall rating: 4/5.
