Positive: We stayed in this apartment in Fertilia and overall had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for families or larger groups. The property is fully air-conditioned and features a large living room, two balconies, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and well furnished, with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils, making self-catering very convenient. Fertilia itself is a small, quiet village located about 15 minutes from Alghero town. The bus stop is only a five-minute walk from the apartment, and there are regular bus services to Alghero. I would recommend downloading the Dropticket app, as it makes purchasing bus tickets quick and easy. The airport is approximately 10 minutes away by bus. I did not see many taxis in the area, so public transport is probably the most convenient option. Fertilia is a peaceful place with a few lovely restaurants, a small pharmacy, and a grocery shop. The local people were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-located apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to both Alghero and the airport.

Negative: The main drawback of our stay was the lack of clear communication and information regarding the property. We found it quite difficult to obtain timely responses, which made both the check-in and check-out arrangements more stressful than they needed to be. Finding the apartment on arrival was also challenging, as the map location was not accurate and the house number provided did not appear to match the property. Even some local residents were unable to identify the address, which added to the confusion. Clearer directions and more responsive communication would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
