This one bedroom with one bathroom cottage was fully renovated in 2021 with spray foam insulation, mini split in living area and bedroom, full closet space in large bathroom with shelves and plenty of hanging space, new combo washer/dryer, tankless hot water heater, quartz countertops in the kitchen with GE CAFE appliances, gas stove, bar seating for dinner, full sized roll top desk if you are there to work, sofa in living room, large smart tv's for the living and bed rooms. Lovely antique dressing table and storage drawers under the bed. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, soaps/shampoos all provided for your stay. Beautiful ocean views!
