Bathroom is fresh and clean with a new large soaking bathtub and a shower (with great water pressure!). The home is on a large extra wide lot so there is a huge shared yard, large patio and with the extra wide lot, sunlight pours in every window.
Very short walk to Irving Park and Addison Busses, 15min walk to the train. Close to Portillos, local bars/restaurants, and Target. The neighborhood is very walkable, and gorgeous Horner Park is a few blocks north (dog park, green space, and a farmers market in the warmer months!).
