Summary: Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum - was ok with us as we only wanted the coffee maker - only 1 hanger in the closet - shower could use an upgrade - showerhead was full of water build up which made the water scarce. The water temperature kept on changing as well. Be ready to get a sudden splash of either hot hot water or very cold water! - the unit is advertised with laundry. This is complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I sent a whatsapp message asking where the laundry was. No response. I went to another unit and asked the people staying there and they called asking for the laundry. They were told that there was no laundry. The lady mentioned, it is advertised but the response was, "there is no laundry there". - communication was ok - don't expect a quick response and in my case, they didn't respond at all when I asked about the laundry. - no checkout instructions Easy access to public transportation but far from night life (ok with us) I would have given it a 4 star but I don't like to be deceived with false advertisement
