Electric two burner element for cooking, fridge, toaster, electric jug, crockery, cutlery, toasted sandwich machine, outdoor seating, heaters, TV, Sky, games, cards, magazines, books, chess. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. Off street parking is directly outside the apartment which is accessed through the carport and down the steps.
