Positive: Location was perfect. Nice rooms and well furnished.

Negative: We would have liked to have some introduction to the room. We had to turn on the refrigerator, water heater, etc. We found out too late to avoid being inconvenienced. Communication on this issue to the client would have been appreciated. The other thing certainly is that noisy bar next door. We were on the 5th floor and with all the windows closed there was still considerable noise coming into the room. In fact, the first night we were wondering if we were ever going to get peace and quiet. That business is a nuisance to those living in Astoria. We also noticed that the hall shower's water would get hot while the master bedroom's shower would only get lukewarm. There was an unpleasant smell from the drain in the master bedroom shower also.

Summary: Great location and swanky apartment that could have an improved experience.
