Welcome to a very cozy accommodation right into Hälasjön. You can choose to swim in a modern wood-fired hot tub that is more reminiscent of a jacuzzi with bubbles or take a dip in Hälasjön. The lake is included to Viskan and is 14 meters deep with plenty of fishing, next to it there is beautiful bathing area, scenic and located in a holiday home area. The house is perfect for the small family who want proximity to baths, areas to play on and city life is barely 10 by car from the cottage. You enter the large plot surrounded by green bushes. Below you can see the lake. The patio is large and here is the hot tub submerged with bubble function. Large nice and bright glazed patio with dining area for 6 people. On the plot stands a nice guest cottage that is brightly decorated. Inside there is a bunk bed and a sleeping loft with a comfortable double mattress. Also to the guest house there is a small terrace with a view down to the lake. You are welcomed into the big house through the small hall. Directly to the left you have the bedroom with large double bed. To the right is a fully tiled bathroom with a swan-labelled eco-toilet. The toilet is electrically powered and regulated with bark. See and follow the instructions in the guest binder upon arrival. To the right is the lovely open-plan kitchen with charming living room. In the kitchen area there is a dining area for 4 people and everything is very tastefully decorated. Personal, pleasant and bright home décor. A very cozy accommodation. In the living room, a stove is centrally located and warms cold evenings. Outside in the garden there are a lot of berries to pick, even mushrooms are found in the area. In Hälasjön there are plenty of fish for those who want to try their luck. Fishing licenses are required. If you like to walk and roam in nature to pick seasonal berries and mushrooms, there are many nice places both here and around. For those who want to shop, Borås Knalleland is only 10 minutes by car. Welcome!
