This unique condo at Sugar Top will sleep 6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second and a sleeper sofa in the living room, all have memory foam mattresses. The condo has 3 smart TVs, one in each room, private Wifi, full kitchen sets, board games, playing cards, and a chess set. The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains, the ski resort, sunrises and sunsets. Close to Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock dining, restaurants, hiking trails, golf area, and The Parkway. It has access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, WiFi and weight room on the main floor Lobby. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. The condo is short term as well long term rental friendly. Our Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
