- The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,000.
- A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
- Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
- We are not responsible for any items left behind, but if they are left behind, there is no guarantee we can get them back to them, however, if it is possible; we will charge a $50 handling fee, plus the postage and any other costs that could be involved in getting the item back to you.
-PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited onthepremises.
The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,000. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional securitydeposit.
